- Centralized Framework: All notifications generated by the Awardco platform will now be housed in a single, robust framework.

Improved Recognition Flow
Recognizing others will be smoother and more impactful than ever with our updated Recognition Flow:
- Recognition Assistant (AI-Powered): Our intelligent assistant will help users find the perfect words for their recognitions, drawing inspiration from past recognitions to suggest personalized and engaging messages.
- Rich Text Editing: You'll now be able to add emphasis and personality to your recognitions with formatting options like bold and italicized text, as well as the ability to include emojis. This support will also extend to the recognition Feed.
- Recipient Preferences: The recognition flow will now consider the recognition preferences set by the receiver in their User Profile, such as whether they prefer to be recognized publicly or privately.
- Modalized Recognition Flow: The entire recognition process will be contained within a convenient modal, always accessible via the prominent "Recognize" button at the top of every page.
- Recognition CC's: You will have the option to designate other users who should be notified when a recognition is submitted, keeping key stakeholders in the loop.
