Navigating to the Dashboard
- Log into your platform.
- Select the “Admin” button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Insights" then “Dashboard” from the left navigation menu. If the Admin Dashboard is your default view, it will load automatically. Otherwise, choose "Adoption - Admin" from the dashboard dropdown menu at the top.
Setting Monthly Targets
This step is only available for users with the Super Admin Role.
To maximize the dashboard's effectiveness, consider configuring your target rate goals. The Monthly Targets feature allows Super Admins to set monthly targets for the four key metrics that display in the Overview section's line chart: Login Rate, Recognition Given Rate, Recognition Received Rate, and Redemption Rate. This feature must be enabled to set and view targets.
- Click the “Settings” tab on the Dashboard page in the admin portal.
- Click on the "Monthly Targets" tab.
- Ensure the "Enable Monthly Targets" toggle is switched on.
- For each of the four key metrics, enter the desired target percentage for the upcoming month. You must manually update these targets before the 1st of each month to ensure accurate data.
- Navigate back to the "Dashboards" tab and select the "Admin" dashboard.
- To see the targets, ensure the time frame filter is set to "This Year" and Select “Run Dashboard.” The targets will appear as green indicators on the line chart in the Overview section, starting from the month the target was enabled.
Data Filter
Before diving into the metrics, you can refine the data displayed to focus on specific segments. These filters are optional; if no filter is selected, the dashboard will display data for all available categories.
- Time Frame: Select the period you want to analyze. Choose from preset options or specify a custom date range. You can toggle between your local time and UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). UTC is generally recommended for consistency with Awardco reports.
Once you've selected your desired filters, click the “Run Dashboard" button to update the data.
Saving a View
After applying your desired filters and running the dashboard, you can save your view by following these steps:
- Click the "Save View" button, located near the "Run Dashboard" button.
- Enter a name for your saved view.
- Click "Save". Once saved, you can access your view from the dropdown menu at the top of the dashboard. If you "star" or favorite a saved view, it will become the default view that loads automatically when you access the Adoption Dashboard.
Overview
This section provides a high-level view of your platform and program's adoption through key rate metrics in call-out cards:
- Login Rate: Percentage of users who have logged in at least once within the selected time period.
- Recognitions Given Rate: Percentage of users who have given at least one recognition within the selected time period.
- Recognition Received Rate: Percentage of users who have received at least one recognition within the selected time period.
- Redemption Rate: Percentage of users who have redeemed points at least once within the selected time period.
Below these, a Line Chart visually displays these rates over time within tabs, allowing comparison of the current and previous periods.
(Super Admins Only) With enabled settings, target lines will appear on the “This Year" view, tracking progress against your monthly goals as green indicators from the enabled month.
To the right of the chart toggles, the “View Recommended Actions” button opens a modal with general suggestions to improve selected rates. For each suggestion, you can track its status using a dropdown menu:
- Not started
- In progress (start date recorded upon selection)
- Ongoing
- Completed (completion date recorded upon selection)
- Not Applicable
Each recommendation includes a link to a support article with detailed implementation instructions.
