Unique User Logins
This section includes two tiles:
- The total number of unique users who have logged in during the selected time period. Each user is counted only once, regardless of the number of logins.
- A line graph comparing current period data (solid line) with data from the previous period (dotted line). A toggle is available to switch between viewing data as a percentage or as raw numbers.
This visualization helps to identify login trends over time and recognize peak engagement periods.
Total Logins
This section includes two tiles:
- The total number of logins, including multiple logins by the same user, within the selected time period.
- A line graph showing total login counts for the current and previous periods. The data can be viewed as either percentages or raw numbers.
This graph provides insight into overall platform usage and user engagement frequency.
Unique User Login by Category
This section provides a bar graph that breaks down unique logins by specific categories. The default view shows login data by supervisor team, but other categories such as country, role, or any metadata tags from the user data import can also be selected.
- The darker bar represents unique logins for the current period, and the lighter bar represents the previous period.
- Dropdown menus allow for filtering, sorting, and displaying data as percentages or raw numbers.
This graph highlights which teams or groups have the highest platform engagement and shows how login patterns shift over time.
Total Logins by Category
Similar to Unique User Login by Category, this section displays total logins by category in a bar graph. The default view shows data by user, but the categories can be changed to display data by supervisor group, country, role, or metadata.
- The darker bars represent current period data, and the lighter bars represent the previous period.
- Sorting and filtering options allow for a customized view of the data.
This visualization helps determine which departments or regions are logging into the platform most frequently.
First Time Logins
This section features a line graph that tracks the number of first-time logins during the selected time period. First-time login refers to the initial instance when a user logs into the platform. This data can be compared against the list of new hires to assess how well onboarding processes are driving platform engagement. The graph provides insights into platform adoption, particularly for new users.
Login Rate
The Login Rate section includes a stacked bar graph that shows the proportion of users who have logged in at least once. The graph displays users who have never logged in alongside those who have, giving an overview of platform engagement across the organization. The login rate helps identify users who are inactive and may need encouragement or support to log in.
Exporting Charts and Graphs
To export any chart, graph, or data visualization as an image, click the circular icon at the top right of the graph and select the option to export it as a PNG file.
Logins By User/Source Data
At the bottom of the report, a table displays the raw data that powers the visualizations. The table can be searched using keywords such as employee names, IDs, or supervisor names. This data can also be exported as a .csv/JSON file for further analysis.
