Integrations Tab
To navigate to the Integrations tab:
- Log into Awardco.
- On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- Click “Platform,” then “Integrations”, then “Integrations Library” from the left navigation menu.
The Integrations Library landing page allows you to view all available integrations Awardco offers. Toggle “In Use” to view all current integrations your platform is utilizing. Use the search bar to locate the app you are looking for. Filter search results using the categories and price down down menus.
Because these integrations greatly impact your platform, we suggest involving your Awardco point of contact when initiating an integration. The following sections detail the integrations we offer by category.
Awardco Connect
Awardco Connect powers several integrations designed to streamline data syncs and recognitions across various platforms, enhancing your organization's culture of appreciation and engagement. Below are the available integrations, each linking to detailed setup instructions:
- 15Five- Sync data between 15Five and Awardco to incentivize behavior, share recognitions, and promote a culture of appreciation. Learn more about the 15Five integration here.
- FirstUp- Highlight recognitions from your Awardco platform directly in a topic/channel on your company’s FirstUp intranet. Learn more about the FirstUp integration here.

Collaboration
With hybrid and remote work becoming more prevalent, clients are having to rely heavily on internal communications. The following integrations allow users to access Awardco recognition programs without ever having to leave the application.
- Microsoft Bundle- The Microsoft Bundle integration allows you to embed the Awardco Platform, enabling you to recognize employees and manage rewards and point redemptions directly within Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft 365. You can choose to integrate with one, two, or all three of these applications according to your needs. The setup process is completed through Microsoft AppSource. - Microsoft Outlook- Follow the procedures in the Integrating Microsoft Outlook with Awardco article to learn how to add the Awardco app to Outlook, and finalize the integration in the Integrations tab. Share the Recognizing in Microsoft Outlook article with users at your organization, so they are able to establish the connection with their accounts.
- Microsoft Teams- This feature will allow you to recognize from the MS Teams platform as well as post all recognitions back to a selected MS Teams channel (regardless of where the recognition was created). Admins that plan to utilize our Bot Integration will need to select “Connect” on this tab to authenticate themselves as Microsoft Teams admins and add the Awardco app to their organization’s Teams account. Additionally, admins will need to follow the steps in this article to allow recognitions to post back to the designated channel in Teams.
- Microsoft Viva Engage- Through Awardco's integration with Viva Engage, organizations can seamlessly share public recognitions within their communities. Follow the steps outlined in this article to configure the integration successfully. Coming soon, the Showing Recognitions in SharePoint with Viva Engagement support article will show how to add a Viva Engage community feed to a SharePoint site.
- Slack- Simply use the /recognize command in a designated channel to launch the recognition workflow. The Integrating Slack with Awardco article walks you through adding the Awardco app to your Slack Workspace. All users at your organization will need to go through a set up process on their end, so referring them to the How to Recognize in Slack will walk them through that process in addition to demonstrating how to recognize.

Workplace - Recognize teammates without leaving Workplace! Simply use the Awardco bot to launch the recognition workflow. Finance
Deloitte- Awardco has formed an alliance with Deloitte to help advise clients on tax compliance associated with rewards and recognition. With employees across the globe it can be difficult to keep track of all the tax regulatory concerns in each country. HRIS
Keeping your employee information up-to-date on Awardco is essential to ensuring timely recognition and preventing missed awards. Speakap- Speakap is an Employee Experience Platform designed to help organizations of all sizes engage and connect with their frontline employees. The Awardco for Speakap integration allows users to view recognitions given and received directly within a widget on the Speakap platform. This widget also shows user point balances and provides easy access to the Awardco platform for creating new recognitions. Redemption
Amazon Business- If Amazon Business is included in your award network, this is the section where the Awardco-Amazon Business connection is finalized. This page provides a list of all countries where Amazon Business purchasing is available. Signing up with Amazon Business requires collaborating with your dedicated Implementation Consultant or Client Success Manager.
Health & Wellness
