This article explains how to mark your birthday as private within the platform. Choosing this option will exclude you from the automated birthday recognition program, and your birthdate will not be visible to any administrators or managers in the system.
- Log In to your account.
- Click on your profile picture and select “My Profile.”
- Click “Settings.”
- Scroll down to the Profile Preferences section.
- Locate and check the box next to “Exclude me from Birthday Celebrations.”
- Click “Save Changes.”
Once you have excluded yourself, your birthdate will be removed from the system. You will no longer receive any birthday recognitions or notifications. If you decide to re-enable birthday recognitions in the future, simply follow the same steps and uncheck the box next to “Exclude me from Birthday Celebrations.”
