If you haven't signed into your Awardco account in a while, have forgotten your login information, or gotten locked out because of too many failed attempts, this article will help you access your account.
Steps to Reset Password
Note: If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), the Awardco team will not be able to provide you with new login credential, please reach out to your company manager or HR representative.
- Navigate to your company's Awardco website
- Select "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address and select "Submit"
- Open the email from no-reply@_____.awardco.com and click the reset link
- Enter your new password and select Submit
Locked Out
If you've been locked out of your account for too many failed attempts, you can reach out to Awardco's Support Team to reset your login credentials.
