Chat with the Team
The quickest way to get your issue resolved is often through our chat feature, located on every page within your Awardco account and in the bottom right corner of this support article. To start a chat:
- Click the ? icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
- Select the Support option in the Resource Center.
- You will first be prompted to select your preferred language, followed by your email address and a brief description of your issue. Please be as detailed and specific as possible in your message.
- A support agent will then begin assisting you.
Emailing Awardco
You can also reach our support team by emailing support@awardco.com. This will generate a support ticket, and our team will respond as quickly as possible, typically within eight hours.
Once you submit your ticket, you'll receive an automatic email confirming that we've received your request. You can reply to this email at any time to provide updates or ask further questions; your responses will automatically update your support ticket in our system.
When an Awardco representative opens and begins working on your ticket, you'll receive another email from them directly. For more complex issues, they may reach out for clarification.
