Locating and Redeeming Points for Experiences
- Sign In: Start by logging into your organization's Awardco site to reach your homepage.
- Navigate to Spend Points: On the homepage, select Marketplace from the left navigation menu, then click Spend Points.
- Select Experiences: Click on the Experiences option. This is often identified with your country and/or state's name. You'll then be taken to the Experiences page, where you can browse the available choices. Scroll down to see all the experiences.
- Refine Your Search: Narrow down your options using these filters:
- Toggle the Items I can afford switch to view experiences within your point budget.
- Search for a specific destination or activity using keywords.
- Select a desired date range.
- Please note: Some experiences shown in the photos may not be eligible for redemption within your company.
- View and Filter Results: Review the search results. You can further filter by attraction type and sort by features, price, and traveler rating.
- Access Redemption Details: Once you find an experience that interests you, click on it to open the redemption screen. Here, you can review all the details about the experience.
- Check Availability: To proceed, confirm the desired date and the number of travelers, then click Check Availability.
- Select Time Slot: Choose an available option and time slot, and click Continue to Booking.
- Provide Contact and Travel Information: Fill out your contact information and any other required travel details. The questions on this page will vary depending on the specific experience.
- Review and Add to Cart: Review the experience details and the total cost, then click Add to Cart.
- Proceed to Checkout: Upon confirming your selection, you'll be taken to the Shopping Cart screen. Click Checkout. Please be aware that holding periods are temporary and vary between experiences, so complete your redemption promptly.
- Enter Address: Enter your address and click Checkout: Review Order.
- Submit Order: Review your order summary and click Submit Order.
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email from Awardco, as well as a separate confirmation email from Viator with your booking details.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that once your booking has been processed and you've received a confirmation email, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or changes. This cancellation policy will be reiterated in the confirmation email you receive from Viator.
