This feature helps you keep up-to-date with your peers, direct reports, and others throughout the organization, fostering a stronger sense of recognition. My Circle suggests individuals to recognize and highlights those who haven't received recognition recently. Refer to the article below for more information on how to navigate this feature.
Accessing My Circle
My Circle can either be accessed through one of three ways:
- Clicking on the Profile icon
- Clicking “Who Do You Want to Recognize?” widget on the homepage.
- Through the “Connections” tab in your user profile.
My Circle Features
To add people to your My Circle, search for names within your organization using the search box under “Add People to My Circle”. Once added, these users will appear in the “People in My Circle” section. Here, you'll find data such as:
- The number of recognitions specific users have given to you.
- The number of recognitions you’ve given them.
- The total amount of points you’ve allotted to them.
- The number of days that have passed since you last recognized them.
Use the Summary Time Frame dropdown menu to view My Circle data from different time periods.
