How to Send a Thank You at Redemption
When you complete an order on the redemption page using points you've received from other users, you'll see a special prompt.
After successfully placing your order, look for a "Send a Thank You" prompt on the order confirmation page.This prompt will display a list of all the users who gave you the points that contributed to your redemption, along with the recognitions they sent you.
Click "Send a Thank You" to open a recognition form.
The form will be pre-populated to thank the user(s) responsible for the points. You can add your own personalized message to express your gratitude.
Click "Send" to send your recognition.
You'll be redirected back to your order confirmation page, where you'll see a confirmation that your thank you recognition was successfully sent. Depending on the program settings, the recognition will either immediately post to the social feed, be sent to the recognition recipients privately, or be queued up for approval.

Q: Will my thank you message be visible to everyone or kept private?
A: The visibility of your thank you recognition (whether it posts publicly to the social feed or is sent privately to the recipients) is determined by your organization's Awardco admins when they set up the "Thank a User" recognition program. Clarify the visibility of your recognition with them.
