Getting Started with Awardco Engage: For Employees

Welcome to Awardco Engage! This platform provides a space for you to share feedback and contribute to your organization's culture through surveys and employee sentiment tools. This guide will help you quickly get set up to participate in surveys and manage your account settings.

How to Login

 

  1. Go to your company recognition page (usually yourcompany.awardco.com).
  2. If unsure of the URL, visit the Awardco website and click ‘Sign In’.

    • Enter your email address. If it matches our records, you'll receive a code to access your company's specific login page.

    • Sign in using password, SSO, or login code.

      Note: First-time users must review and accept the platform's terms and privacy policy.

 

How to Update Profile Fields

  1. Click on Profile Icon in the top righthand corner.

  2. Select My Profile.

     



     

  • Use the About tab to update personal information (Preferred name, profile picture, etc.).

     



     

  1. Use the Settings tab to update account information (Username, password, language).

     



     

  2. Click Save Changes.

     

Keep in Mind: Depending on your platform's setup, a field marked with a lock symbol indicates that you cannot update that specific information.

 

How to Update Notification Preferences

  1. Click on the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Select Notifications.

     



     

  3. Under the Surveys section, check the boxes for your preferred delivery methods:

    • Platform: Alerts inside the Awardco website (bell icon).

    • Email: Direct invitations to your inbox.

    • Slack/Microsoft Teams: Notifications via your company’s chat tool (if enabled).

  4. Click Save Changes.

     

 

Keep in Mind: If a checkbox is grayed out or has a lock symbol, your administrator has set that as a required notification channel.

 

How to Take Surveys

You can view and access surveys you're eligible to take in one of three ways:

 

  1. Survey Invitation Email: If configured by the survey creator, you may receive an invitation directly to your inbox.

     



 

  1. Surveys Tab: Click the “Surveys” tab under the Engagement section in the left navigation menu.

    • Note: If you do not see the "Surveys" tab, you may not currently be eligible for any active surveys.

       



       

  2. Homepage Widget: View and participate in active surveys directly from your Awardco homepage.
