Redeeming Items Available in Other Countries
To access and redeem options available in countries other than your home country, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your organization’s recognition platform.
On the homepage, select Marketplace from the left navigation menu, then click Spend Points.
Look for a dropdown menu in the top left corner of the marketplace page. This menu will display your current country (which defaults to your home country).
Click on this dropdown menu. A list of available countries will appear.
Select the desired country from the list.
Once you select a new country, the marketplace will automatically update. You will now see the various redemption options (like gift cards, merchandise, or experiences) that are available in that chosen country, in addition to the options from your home country.
