Taking surveys is a simple yet impactful way to share your thoughts and insights. In this guide, we'll walk you through the seamless process of participating in surveys on your company’s platform. From locating your active surveys to answering various question types, we'll ensure you have a smooth experience while contributing to valuable organizational feedback.
Note: Surveys may not be available on your platform. Check with your internal platform point of contact to see if taking a survey is available to you.
Locating and Starting a Survey
Accessing your surveys is easy and can be done in just a few clicks:
Navigate to the Menu: On the homepage, select Engagement and then Surveys from the left navigation menu.
View Your Surveys: This page will display all active surveys you are eligible to take.
Begin: Click Start next to a survey name to begin the process.
Answering Questions
The survey will present you with different question formats to capture your insights, including:
Single-Select & Multi-Select
Short & Long Answer
User Selection
Scale Selection
While it's encouraged to answer all questions to provide the most complete feedback, all questions are optional.
For any question, you can simply click Skip to move to the next one.
If you select an answer for a single-select question but decide you want to skip it, you can click the selected answer again to unselect it before moving on.
Earning Rewards (Recognition Platforms Only)
Depending on your organization's configuration and whether your platform includes recognition features, you may be awarded points upon completion. Please note that on platforms used exclusively for engagement and surveys, points are typically not awarded for survey completion.
