Recognizing your colleagues within your Awardco platform is straightforward. Once you initiate the recognition process, the platform will guide you through each step. Please note that the screenshots and programs shown in this article are from a general Awardco platform, and the specific programs and design of your organization's platform may differ.
- Begin by logging into your Awardco account.
- From the homepage, you can start a recognition from one of the following locations:
- The “Recognize” button in the top right corner.
- The “Recognize” link in the left navigation menu.
- The “Who do you want to recognize?” widget.
- Enter the name(s) of the person(s) you want to recognize and click "Next."
- Select the appropriate recognition program. The number of programs available will depend on the programs for which both you and/or the recipient are eligible.
- Complete the recognition form. Keep in mind that each recognition program will have its own branding and likely a unique form with different fields for you to fill out compared to the example shown. Some fields that might be included are questions, options to add images or videos, monetary values, and hashtags.
- Click Submit.
Once you submit the recognition, it will either be processed immediately or sent to an approval queue, depending on your platform's settings.
