This article will guide you on how to effectively use the "Queues" Tab, providing you with an overview of upcoming recognitions and other scheduled processes within the platform.
Note: To receive email notifications regarding any errors within the Queues, please contact your Client Success Manager or the Technical CSM team.
Navigate to Queues
- Log in to the platform.
- On the homepage, select the “Admin” button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- From the left navigation menu, click “Recognition”, and then “Queues”.

Bulk Recognitions
On the Bulk Recognition page within the Queues tab, you'll find three submenus:
- Pending: This section displays recognitions that are scheduled to be sent out in the future. From here, you have the ability to delete recognitions to prevent their scheduled delivery. If you delete a pending recognition, the award will not be sent.
- Completed: This section contains recognitions that have already been successfully sent. Once a recognition is marked as completed, any associated emails have been delivered and cannot be recalled. If you need to take action regarding a recognition listed in the completed queue, please contact your Awardco Client Success Manager for assistance.
- Errors: This section shows recognitions that were scheduled to be sent in the past but were unsuccessful due to a specified error. The most common errors include 'User is Archived' or 'Insufficient Funds.'
- 'User is Archived' indicates that the award recipient's account was archived before the pending recognition was processed. If the user was archived in error or has been reactivated and the award now needs to be sent, you can select the recognition and click the Pending button (located just below the Upload CSV button) to move it from the errors queue back to the pending queue.
- 'Insufficient Funds' means the budget the recognition was attempting to draw from did not have enough funds. To resolve this, you will need to add additional funds to the specified budget. Once the funds have been added, you can use the Pending button (located above the directional arrows) to move the recognition back to the pending queue.
Bulk Email
The Bulk Email tab provides a comprehensive view of all emails sent through the Bulk Email Builder feature. Here, admins can track scheduled and sent communications used for program rollouts, custom reminders, announcements, and more, without triggering individual recognitions. This queue helps monitor the status and delivery of these important organizational messages. MemoryBooks Queue
The MemoryBooks Queue tab is designed to streamline the management and distribution of MemoryBooks. Within this queue, administrators and managers (depending on their permissions) can see upcoming MemoryBooks being released, track the participation of teammates in contributing comments, and manage one-off MemoryBook creations. This queue offers insights into the progress of these celebratory books and allows for actions such as resending invitation emails to encourage participation.
