Your company may offer event tickets as part of your rewards program. This article will guide you through the process of redeeming them.
Note: Event ticket redemption is available to employees in several countries, including the United States and Canada. However, availability may vary depending on your location.
Log in to your account.
Once logged in, you will see your Home Page. On the homepage, select “Marketplace” from the left navigation menu, then click “Spend Points.”
Click on the “Tickets” option.
A list of available ticket options will appear. Please note that the events shown are examples to illustrate the types of ticketed events that may be available. You can refine your search by selecting a specific location from the Locations dropdown menu. If you already know the event you'd like to attend, type the name of the event into the Search Bar and click “Search.”
When your search results load, select the desired event and click “Go” to view available dates and ticket options.
Available tickets will be listed by price in points, from lowest to highest. Click “Go” next to the tickets you wish to purchase.
On the next page, you can review your order and adjust the quantity of tickets. Once you have selected the desired number of tickets, click “Checkout.”
You will then need to complete your shipping information. Please ensure all fields are filled out accurately, as incomplete forms may delay your order. Once the form is complete, click “Submit” to save your address.
On the following screen, you will choose the address where you want your tickets to be shipped. If the information is correct, click “Select.” (If you have placed orders from your account previously, you will be automatically directed to this page, bypassing the address form.) Click “Review Order” to proceed.
The final screen before completing your order will display a summary of all the details you have entered. Click “Submit Order” to finalize your reward redemption.
A confirmation screen will appear to indicate whether the transaction was successful. Your tickets will then be sent to the email address you provided. In the rare case that e-tickets are unavailable, physical tickets will be sent to the shipping address you provided.
