This article will guide you through the process of using your points to book a hotel stay through Priceline.com.
Note: Your company may have disabled hotel stays as a reward option on your Awardco platform. Please check your company site ([yourcompany].awardco.com) to confirm if this option is available to you.
Log in to your Awardco account.
On the homepage, select “Marketplace” from the left navigation menu, then click “Spend Points.”
Click on "Hotels."
The initial page displays popular travel destinations. In the search area, enter your desired destination, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of adults and children staying. Once you've entered your criteria, click the magnifying glass icon.
A list of available hotel rooms will appear. You can navigate between different options to review various rooms and amenities before making a choice. To refine your search, use the filters on the left side of the screen. Available filters include Hotel Star Rating, Guest Score, Property Types, and Amenities.
Once you click on a hotel you're interested in, a list of its amenities will be displayed. Scroll down to see the available rooms at your selected location. To view more details about a room, click on "Room Details."
After reviewing the "Stay Breakdown," if you wish to proceed with the booking, click "Continue to Booking."
Enter your personal contact and reservation information. Ensure the information you provide is accurate, as this will be shared with the hotel for their records. Depending on the hotel, you may be able to update your smoking or non-smoking preference here. A summary of your reservation details, along with the total points required for the hotel, will be visible on the right. You will also be informed of the cancellation policy and any other applicable policies for the property you've selected. When you are ready to finalize your reservation, click "Add to Cart."
Complete your order by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then select "Checkout."
Once you place your order, we will be notified to process your request. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation directly from Priceline.
