If your organization offers the option to redeem points for custom-branded items in a Swag Store, this article will guide you to the Swag Store landing page and explain how to redeem your points for swag. If you're an Awardco administrator interested in implementing a Swag Store, please refer to this article to learn more.
Sign in to your company's Awardco platform.
On the homepage, select Marketplace from the left navigation menu, then click Spend Points.
Choose the “Swag” option, or whatever name your organization uses for its Swag Store.

Selecting Swag will direct you to your organization's Swag Store Landing Page, where all available swag items are displayed.
Use the search bar to find a specific item.
Apply any available filter categories to refine your search.

Select an item to view its product description.
Sizing charts and color selections may be available for some items, particularly apparel.
Non-apparel items might have a sizing chart that includes item specifications rather than traditional sizes.
If sizing and/or color selection options aren't available for a specific item, browse the catalog for items with your desired size and color indicated in the title.
Click Add to Cart to proceed with ordering your selected item.

Your point balance will only update after you process your order. Feel free to add and remove items from your cart until you're satisfied with your selections.
Your Cart Balance will display a running total of the points for the items in your shopping cart, helping you track your spending.
When you're ready to finalize your order, view your Shopping Cart and click Checkout.

Next, complete your shipping information. Please ensure all information is accurate and thorough, as incomplete details may cause delivery delays.
Once you've filled out the form to add a new address, click Submit to save it.
If you need to ship multiple orders to different addresses, you must process each order separately.
Choose the desired shipping address for your current order. If the information is correct, proceed with “Checkout: Review Order.”
This will take you to the final review page before you place your order. Confirm that the points, items, and shipping address are all correct, and then click Place Order.
Once your order is complete, your updated point balance will be visible in the points dashboard. Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your email address. If you misplace these emails, you can access this information in your account by clicking on your profile picture and selecting Orders.
