That's where approval reminder emails come in handy – they're a great way to smooth out that bottleneck. Check out the steps below to see how to turn on these helpful reminders.
Here's how to set it up:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the “Admin” button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- From the left navigation menu, click “Platform” and then "Approval."
- Toggle Approval Reminders to the 'on' position.
That's it! Now, anyone with pending approvals will automatically receive an email nudge every Monday. This email is platform generated and not editable.
