Tracking your awards and redemption orders can be tricky. Our support team is here to help, but you can often find tracking info right in your Awardco account. This article explains how to track your items.
Note: If you ordered an eGift Card and haven't received it, please check your email's spam or junk folder before contacting the Awardco team. Depending on your inbox settings, eGift Cards may be filtered into these folders.

Navigating to Orders
To locate order details for your previously placed orders:
- Log in to your Awardco account.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Orders.”
The Orders page displays a list of all orders placed on your account, starting with the most recent. How fulfillment and tracking information is shown depends on the type of item you ordered. The following sections provide details for each item type.
Amazon Items
For physical items ordered through the platform's Amazon option, tracking information will be displayed after the order is processed. While most orders process immediately, some may require manual review and take several business days to complete.
You can find the estimated delivery date within 10 minutes of placing an Amazon order by logging into your Awardco account. Click the dropdown menu next to your profile picture in the upper right corner, select "Orders," and find the order you want to track. Once the item has shipped, tracking information will also be available here.
When tracking information is available, a “Track Package” button will appear on the My Orders page. Clicking this button will redirect you to the shipping carrier's website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL), where you can view the most up-to-date tracking details.
If your order shows as processed but lacks tracking info, updates may be delayed. Please wait for tracking details to appear. For any concerns, contact the Awardco support team.
eGift Cards
eGift card orders should be fulfilled to your email address immediately. However, in some cases, order fulfillment can take several days. If you don't receive your eGift card via email, check the Orders page to see if a claim code or activation link has been generated for the card. In the example below, you can see that "Activation Link" text is associated with the order details. Click this link to reveal the gift card code, which you can then use during checkout where eGift cards are accepted.
If your order is processed but no claim code appears, please contact Awardco support for assistance.
Virtual Prepaid Cards
Orders for Virtual Prepaid Cards will also be shown on the Orders page. While tracking information isn't displayed in your order details for this type of item, you can contact the Awardco support team for information about your order's status. Please note that fulfillment of these cards may take up to 15 business days, depending on your location. If the order status is "Processed" and you haven't received the card, contact the Awardco support team. Remember to check your email's spam or junk folder for the card before contacting the team. If you missed an email with the activation link, you can access it by selecting "Get Activation Link."
Hotels & Event Tickets
After a hotel or event ticket redemption is processed, a confirmation email with your itinerary will be sent to you. This information is not accessible on the Orders page. If you need this information re-sent, please contact Awardco support.
Swag Store Items
If you are an employee with access to Swag Store items for redemption, these items typically arrive 1-2 weeks after they are shipped, or 3-6 weeks after the order is placed. Like Amazon orders, Swag Store items will have tracking numbers available on the Orders tab. If a tracking number isn't provided, contact Awardco Support.
Catalog Items
Catalogs in your award network may include custom items fulfilled by your organization. When you redeem an item, the order manager receives an email notification. If you don’t get updates, contact your Awardco administrator. For Amazon items, see the Amazon section of this article.
