This article guides you through the process of using your company's points to redeem items within the Amazon section of your recognition platform.
Quick Steps
Sign in to your company's Awardco website.
On the homepage, select Marketplace from the left navigation menu, then click Spend Points.
Click Amazon.
Search for the items you want.
Add your chosen items to your cart.
Select Checkout to finalize your order.
Detailed Instructions
1. Log In to Your Account
Go to your company's unique Awardco website address and enter your login details.
Once logged in, you'll arrive at your homepage.
2. Accessing the Amazon Portal
There are a couple of ways to get to the Amazon portal:
On the homepage, select Marketplace from the left navigation menu, then click Spend Points.
Alternatively, look for and select the Amazon icon within the profile, user, or popular choices sections (these might appear as widgets on your homepage).
Note: Depending on your company's setup, the dropdown menu under "Marketplace" might have a different label, such as “Spend Points” or "Products," to access the Amazon portal.
3. Searching for Items

Use the search bar to find specific items. You can redeem a single high-value item or several smaller items, as long as the total point cost doesn't exceed your balance.
Note: Amazon will suggest popular items within any category you browse, but this is just a starting point. To find exactly what you're looking for, be sure to search using specific keywords like the item name, size, color, or brand. The more details you include in your search, the better your chances of finding the desired product.
As you type and hit Search, matching items will appear, each showing the number of points required for redemption.
4. Reviewing and Adding to Your Cart
Click on an item to view its full description and confirm your selection. The point cost will be clearly displayed.
If you change your mind, simply use your browser's back button to continue searching.
To add the item to your virtual shopping cart, click Add to Cart.
5. Managing Your Shopping Cart
Your point balance won't be affected until you complete your order, so feel free to add and remove items as you browse.
The Cart Balance will continuously update, showing the total points for the items in your cart, helping you stay within your point limit.
When you're ready to finalize your selections, go to your Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
6. Entering Shipping Information
You'll now be prompted to fill in your shipping address. Please provide complete and accurate information to avoid any delivery delays. Once the form is filled out, click Submit to save your address.
If you need to ship multiple orders to different addresses, you'll need to process each order separately, selecting the appropriate shipping address for each before proceeding to checkout. If the displayed shipping information for your current order is correct, select the address and click Checkout: Review Order.
7. Reviewing and Submitting Your Order
This final page allows you to double-check all the details of your order before it's placed. Confirm that the points, selected items, and shipping address are correct, and then click Submit Order.
8. Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, your updated point balance will be visible in your points dashboard. Amazon will then begin processing your order.
Note: Please be aware that item availability can change, which may occasionally lead to order delays or cancellations. If this happens, our support team will proactively notify you via email, and any points used for canceled items will be promptly returned to your account.
9. Tracking Your Order
You can easily track the status and estimated delivery date of your Amazon orders through your Awardco account.

Within 10 minutes of placing an order, you can find the estimated delivery date by:
Clicking the dropdown menu in the upper right corner next to your profile picture.
Selecting Orders.
Locating your Amazon order.
Once your item has shipped, tracking information will also be available in the Orders section. A Track Package button will appear; clicking this will take you directly to the shipping carrier's website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL) for the latest tracking updates.
If your order has been processed but tracking information isn't immediately available, please allow some time for the carrier to update their system.
