Recognitions are a meaningful way to highlight achievements, but sometimes a little extra acknowledgment is deserved. With Encore, there's now a way to amplify the impact of these moments. By adding extra points to a recognition on the social feed, managers and team members with budget access can further reward excellence, reinforcing a culture of appreciation and recognition. Follow the steps below to learn how to set up and use Encore.
Note: Budget access is required to add points to a recognition via Encore. It is not possible to add points to recognitions given to oneself.
Steps to Encore a Recognition
- On the homepage click on the Feed tab.
- Scroll to the desired recognition and click the Encore button.
- Enter a comment, select a preset point amount, or input a custom amount (if available). The view/what information is required may vary.
- Select the budget from which the points will be deducted, and then click Give Encore.
- After submission, the Encore will appear in the recognition’s comments. The added point amount will only be visible to the recipient.
