How to Implement

To initiate your integration with Lattice, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Awardco with admin credentials.
  2. Select “Platform”, then “Integrations”, then click into the Integrations Library within the admin portal.
  3. Find and select Lattice.
  4. Click Request Details to begin the process.

After submitting your request, the Awardco Connect team will:

  • Discuss Integration Requirements: Review the necessary details and credentials to connect Lattice with Awardco.
  • Build the Integration: Configure the integration to match your performance recognition criteria, ensuring it aligns with your organization’s goals.
  • Collaborate on Testing: Work with your team to test and verify the integration, ensuring all aspects function as expected.
  • Move to Production: Once tested and verified, the integration will go live, allowing for automated recognition based on Lattice data.
