Redeeming Points for a Revolut Personal Account Transfer (Legacy)

This article explains how to redeem your points on the platform for a transfer to your Revolut personal account using a payout link. If you have already redeemed your points for a transfer and are looking for further instructions, please refer to Revolut’s help center.

How to Redeem Points for a Revolut Personal Account Transfer

1. Sign in to your Awardco platform account.
2. Select the ‘Spend Points’ tab.
3. Select the ‘Revolut’ option.
4. Enter the desired value.
   • Note: There is a minimum and maximum amount that can be redeemed, indicated under the text field where you enter your desired value. If the amount you hope to redeem exceeds the maximum, you must redeem multiple transfers.
5. Click ‘Add to Cart’.
6. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email associated with your Revolut account. This information is required to ensure the payout link is sent to the correct email address. Click 'Add to Cart.'
7. Select ‘Checkout’.

Note: Your screen may look different from the one displayed below. It should show your company's logo and preferred color scheme. However, as long as you see your name in the top right-hand corner, you will be able to order.

1. Log In
   • Once you log in and arrive at your organization’s home page, select ‘Spend Points’ at the top of the screen.
2. Spend Points Landing Page
   • You’ll be brought to the Spend Points landing page showing all spending options available to you. Select ‘Revolut.’

Note: The ‘Revolut’ option might not be available for your organization. If you do not see it listed in the drop-down menu, you will not be able to use points for this purpose.

3. Enter Desired Value
   • This will bring you to the transfer redemption screen. Here you will need to enter the desired value for the transfer. Using the drop-down menu to the right will allow you to enter this value in either your country’s currency or points. Press ‘Add to Cart’ once you are ready to continue.

4. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email associated with your Revolut account. This information is required to ensure the payout link is sent to the correct email address. Click 'Add to Cart.'

5. Once finished shopping, view your cart and click ‘Checkout.’ 

Items to Consider

• You must have an existing Revolut personal account to proceed with this redemption option.
• After redeeming your points, you will receive a payout link via email to the Revolut account email address you provided. You will need to activate this link within 6 months to complete the transfer of funds to your Revolut account. Otherwise, the points tied to the payout will expire.
• Payout links will not be generated until you activate the link from the email or the Orders tab on the Awardco platform.
• Transaction fees may apply when the payout currency differs from the currency loaded on your Revolut account at the time of activation.
• The transfer value may fluctuate due to changes in currency exchange rates at the time you activate the payout link.
