This article is designed to help you redeem your points for a hotel stay through Priceline.com.
Note: Your company may have chosen to make hotel stays unavailable as a reward option on your Awardco platform. Please check your company site ([yourcompany].awardco.com) to see if you have this option available.

Log In to your account > Click Spend Points > Hotels >
Search destination and time > Select the hotel name > Reserve Room
Step by Step Instructions
First things first: Log In to your account.
Select the Spent Points tab and click on Hotels in the dropdown menu.
The first page will show popular travel destinations. In the Search menu, type in your desired destination, check in and check out date, and the number of adults and kids staying in the hotel during your trip. Toggle the "Hotels I can afford" option On to see hotels in your price range. Once you've filled out your information, click Search.
The available hotel rooms will populate. You can click back and forth between different options to view different rooms and amenities before finalizing your selection. Further your search by using the filters on the left hand side of the screen. Available filters include: Hotel Star Rating, Guest Score, Property Types, and Amenities.
Once you have clicked on the hotel you want, it will bring up a list of amenities the hotel offers. Scroll down to view the available rooms in the location you selected. To make your selection, click on Room Details.
If after reviewing the Stay Breakdown you'd like to complete the booking, click Continue to Booking.
Enter your personal contact/reservation information. Make sure the information you enter is accurate, as this is what the hotel will receive for their records. Depending on the hotel you can update your Smoking or Non-Smoking preference here. A review of your reservation details, as well as the total points the hotel will cost will be visible on the right. You will also be advised of the Cancellation Policy and other policies for the property you selected, if applicable. When you are ready to finalize your reservation, click Add to Cart. Complete your order by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen, and then select Checkout.
When you place your order we will be notified to fulfill your request. Once we do, you will receive an email confirmation from Priceline. All questions from that point should be directed to Priceline.com whose contact information will be available in the email you receive from them.
