Between all the great awards and redemptions orders you place, it can be hard to keep track of them all. Our attentive support team is always more than willing to assist to help you find order tracking information, but in some cases you’re able to find the information you need in your Awardco account. If you’re still waiting to receive an item, reference the article below to have a better idea of how to track it down.
Note: If you ordered an eGift Card that has not been delivered, please check your spam folder in your inbox before contacting the Awardco team. Depending on your inbox settings, eGift Cards can be sorted into the spam folder when they are sent to your listed email address.

Navigating to Orders
To locate order details for your previously placed orders, login to your account, click your name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Orders" from the drop down menu.
Once on the Orders page, you will see a list of all orders placed on your account, beginning with the most recently placed order. The way fulfillment and tracking information is displayed depends on the type of item you ordered. The tracking for each of these item types are addressed individually in the sections below.
Amazon Items
For physical items ordered through the platform's Amazon option, tracking information will be displayed once the order is processed. While most orders process immediately, some may require manual review and take several business days to complete.
Within 10 minutes of placing an Amazon order, you can find the estimated delivery date by logging into your Awardco account. Click the dropdown menu in the upper right corner next to your profile picture, select Orders, and locate the desired order. Once the item has shipped, tracking information will also be available here.
When tracking information becomes available, a Track Package button will appear on the My Orders page. Clicking this button will redirect you to the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL), where you can view the most up-to-date tracking details.
If your order details show that the order has been processed but no tracking information is available, updates may still be in progress. Please allow some time for tracking details to appear. If you have any concerns about your order, contact the Awardco support team for further assistance.
Hotels & Event Tickets
Swag Store Items
If you are an employee where Swag Store items are available for redemption, these items typically arrive in 1-2 weeks from the date they are shipped or 3-6 weeks from the date the order is placed. Like Amazon orders, Swag Store items will have tracking numbers available on the Orders tab. If you see the tracking number isn't provided, reach out to Awardco Support.
Catalog Items
Many times, catalogs in your award network are filled with custom items fulfilled by members of your organization. Upon redemption, an email notification is sent to whoever is in charge of fulfilling the item. If you don't hear anything about your order, reach out to your internal Awardco admin. If the catalog has Amazon items, follow procedures mentioned in the Amazon section of this article.
