This article will help you to navigate and redeem your points in your company's redemption networks.

- Sign in to your company's Awardco website
- Select Spend Points in the left navigation menu.
- Click Amazon
- Search for the items you want.
- Add the desired items to your Cart.
- Select Checkout to finalize your order.
Step by Step: Visuals
- Go to your company's custom Awardco URL and enter your login credentials to Log In to your account.
- Select Spend Points from the left navigation menu.
- Once you're on the Amazon portal, your available points for spending on Amazon products will be displayed in the main page's banner.
- To find specific items, you can:
- Use the search bar.
- Select one of the listed quick search items.
- Browse through the popular item tiles.
- When you type keywords into the search bar and press Enter, matching items will appear. The point cost for each item is listed below it. To refine your search, use the filters on the left side of the page (e.g., categories, color, material).
- Click on an item to view its description and review the details. The points required to redeem the product will be shown. If you wish to order the item, click Add to Cart.
- Your point balance will not change until you process your order. Feel free to add and remove items from your cart until you're satisfied with your selections. The Cart Balance will continuously update, showing the total points for the items in your cart, helping you stay within your point limit. When you're ready to complete your order, go to your Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
- Next, you'll need to enter your shipping information. You can either enter a new shipping address or select an existing one. If you're entering a new address, please provide complete and accurate details, as any missing information may cause delivery delays. Once you've filled out the form, click Save to save your shipping address.

- Verify that the shipping information is correct on the selected address and click Checkout: Review Order.
- This will take you to the final review page before you place your order. Please confirm that the points, items, and shipping address are all correct, and then click Checkout.
- Once your order is complete, your updated point balance will be displayed in your points dashboard. Amazon will then begin processing your order.
Important Notes:
- Please be aware that item availability can fluctuate, which may lead to order delays or cancellations. If this occurs, our support team will proactively contact you via email in a timely manner, and points will be returned for any canceled items.
- For clothing items, you will be able to select sizing and color options before adding the item to your cart.
Tracking Your Order:
After placing an order, you can track its status and estimated delivery date through your Awardco account.
- Within 10 minutes of placing an Amazon order, the estimated delivery date will be available in your Awardco account. To find it, click the dropdown menu in the upper right corner next to your profile picture, select Orders, and locate your order.
- Once the item has shipped, tracking information will also be available in the Orders section.
- When tracking details are available, a Track Package button will appear on the My Orders page. Clicking this button will take you directly to the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL) for the latest tracking updates.
- If your order has been processed but no tracking information is immediately visible, please allow some time for updates to appear.
