This article will help you to claim an earned recognition if your company has enabled a program for you to self report an action or completion of an event.
Note: If your company doesn't offer this function, you will not see any of the configuration below.
Earn
- Click, "Earn Points" in the Menu Bar
- Select which program you'd like to earn your reward for
- Fill the required text fields
- Select whether you'd like to earn publicly or privately with "Everyone" or "Private" toggle
- Click "Submit"
You will see your earned recognition in the feed.
Visual Aid
In the menu bar you'll find an "Earn" tab between "Recognize" and "Spend Points".
Select the desired program if you have multiple to choose from.
Fill the required text fields. If you're prompted to upload a photo, the following file types are accepted: .gif, .jpg/.jpeg, .webp, and .png.
Once the Earn request is submitted, the points will either appear in your wallet right away or after the request has been approved by your manager or HR representative.
