If you prefer to utilize your hard-earned points for memorable experiences, workshops, tours, and similar adventures, the Experiences redemption option is tailored to your needs. Refer to the guide below to get started!
Locating and Redeeming Points for Experiences
- Begin by signing in to your organization's Awardco website to access the homepage.
- Navigate to and click on the ‘Spend Points’ tab at the top of the screen. You will then be directed to the Spend Points landing page, showcasing all available spending options.
- Click on the Experiences option, typically identified with your country and/or state's name. This will lead you to the Experiences landing page, where you can browse through the available options. Scroll down to view all available experiences.
- Refine your search by toggling the ‘Items I can afford’ switch to display items within your points budget, searching for a destination or activity by keyword, and/or selecting a desired date range. Please note that some experiences displayed in these photos may not be eligible for redemption within your company.
- View search results, filter by attraction type, and sort by features, price, and traveler rating.
- Once you've found your desired experience, click on the option to access the redemption screen. Here, you can review details about the experience.
- To pursue an option, confirm the desired date and the number of travelers, and click ‘Check Availability.’
- Select an availability option and time slot, and click ‘Continue to Booking.’
- Fill out contact information and any other travel details required. Questions on this page vary depending on the experience or product.
- Review experience details and cost, and select ‘Add to Cart.’
- Upon confirming your selection, proceed to the Shopping Cart screen and click ‘Checkout.’ Holding periods are temporary and vary between experiences. Because of this, please complete the redemption promptly.
- Enter your address and click ‘Checkout: Review Order.’
- Review the order summary and select ‘Submit Order.’
- An order confirmation from Awardco will be sent to your email address as well as a confirmation email from Viator confirming the order details.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please note, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once your booking has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent to you. This cancellation policy will be reiterated in the email you receive from Viator. If you have any questions, get in touch with Viator via email or phone.
