If your organization provides the option to redeem points on custom branded items in a Swag Store, this article will help you to navigate to the Swag Store landing page and walk you through redeeming points on swag. If you're an Awardco admin and are interested in implementing a Swag Store, visit this article to learn more.
Once you log in and arrive at your organization's home page, select Spend Points at the top of the screen. You'll be brought to the Spend Points landing page showing all spending options available to you. Select Swag or whatever name your organization uses for their Swag Store.
Selecting Swag will bring you to your organization's Swag Store Landing Page where all available swag items will be displayed. Reference the left-hand side of the screen for the search bar on the side to find a specific item. Below you'll find a balance of thee available points you have to spend on this option. Toggle Items I can afford to "On" to see all items within your purchasing power. Apply any available filter categories to narrow down your search.
Select an item to view the product description. Sizing charts and color selection will be available on some items, but not all. Non-apparel items may have a sizing chart that includes the item specifications rather than sizes. If sizing and/or color selection is unavailable, browse the catalog for item titles with the sizing and coloring you'd like. Click Add to Cart to move forward with ordering your selected item.
Your point balance will not change until you process your order, so feel free to add and remove different products to your cart until you find the right selections. Your Cart Balance will keep a running tally of the points accumulated in your shopping cart so you can gauge how close you are to your limit. When you are done shopping, view your Shopping Cart, and click Checkout.
Next, fill out your shipping information. Please be thorough when filling out your information as any gaps will likely cause delivery delays. When you've filled out the form to add a new address, hit Submit to save your shipping address.
If you will be placing multiple orders that you need to ship to different addresses, you will need to process the orders separately. Choose the address you want your current order to be shipped to. If the information is correct, hit Select.
This will take you to the last page to review your order before placing it. Confirm that the points, items, and address are all correct, and then hit Place Order.
Once your order is complete, your new point balance will be shown in the points dashboard. Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your email. If you misplace these emails, access this information on your account through My Account > Orders.
