After redeeming points for an eGift card or Virtual Prepaid card, your claim code or activation link is sent to your email address so you can instantly start shopping. If you wait a while to claim the value of the card and misplace the activation email or never received the email for whatever reason, follow the steps in this article to find out how to find what you need in your Awardco account.
eGift Card
- Navigate to your company's Awardco website and login
- Select your name at the top right of the screen
- Click “Orders”
- In this view, you see all orders you’ve placed in chronological order. Scroll to the eGift card you’d like to view the claim code (Amazon eGift cards) or activation link.
- If dealing with an Amazon eGift card, select “Show Claim Code.” Copy and paste this sequence provided to use in the checkout process. If any other eGift card, click “Get Activation Link.” Click the link provided and use the security code in any checkout process where eGift cards are accepted.
Virtual Prepaid Card
The process to obtain an activation link for a Virtual Prepaid card is identical to finding the claim code for a egift card. Access your account, click on your name at the top right of the screen, select orders, and scroll to find the virtual prepaid visa. Click on “Get Activation Link” underneath the item title.
A link will appear and selecting it will bring you to the vendor page where you will be able to activate your card. Follow the steps in this article to finalize the card’s activation.
