Use the steps below to learn how to redeem the points in your wallet for a cash payout. Before proceeding, ensure this redemption option is available within your organization’s Award Network.
NOTE: There is no transaction fee for cash redemptions.
- On the homepage, select "Marketplace" from the left navigation menu, then click "Spend Points."
- Select the "Cash" option.
- In the “Enter Amount” box, type the desired value you wish to cash out. Use the adjacent drop-down menu to specify whether the amount is being entered in points or in your local currency.
- When finished, click "Add to Cart."
- Proceed through the standard checkout process on the shopping cart page.
- Once the transaction is complete, your organization will handle the fulfillment of the cash reward. If you are unsure how you will receive your cashed-out reward, please speak with your internal Awardco administrator.
