Reference this article to find out how to mark your birthday as private. This will exclude you from your birthday being used in the birthday automated program, and won't be visible to any admin or manager in the system.
Begin by Logging In to your account.
Once you've logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the screen and then click on My Account under your name.
On your profile page, scroll down to the Birthday check box. If checked, the birthdate will be removed from the system and you won't be recognized for your birthday. Select "Save" to save this change.
If you decide to reverse this action, follow the same steps and uncheck the box.
