This article walks through how to configure Survey Settings for your Engagement and Pulse surveys, including general page details and confidential results visibility. Use these settings to ensure your surveys display correctly and protect participant confidentiality.
Navigating to Survey Settings
To view and edit Survey Settings:
On the homepage, select the "Admin" button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
From the left navigation, select “Engagement” and then “Surveys.”
Select “Surveys.”
General Settings
Under Page Title, enter the name you want displayed in the navigation bar on the homepage and in the page header.
Confidential Results Visibility
By default, Engagement and Pulse survey results are set to Confidential with a minimum of 5 responses. This means results (including responses and comments) are only visible once a minimum of 5 responses have been collected.
