Branding Settings (Legacy)

This article explains the Branding Settings page within the Admin portal, where you can customize the visual appearance of your organization’s recognition platform.

Navigate to Branding Settings

To access the Branding Settings page:

  1. On the homepage, select the Admin button at the top right of the page.
  2. Click the “Settings” tab, and then select “Branding” on the left-hand side, under “Company Settings”.

 

 

General

On this page, you can modify the following:

  • Company URL: This field is not editable. If changes are necessary, reach out to your Awardco point of contact.
  • Homepages: Use the Homepage Editor to update your organization's homepage.
  • Logo: You can upload a logo file in one of the following formats: .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .svg, or .webp. For optimal display, we recommend uploading a logo with a width of 900px for rectangular logos or a height of 300px for square logos.
  • Company Name: Edit the name of your company as it appears on the platform.
  • Progressive Web App (PWA)
    • PWA Name: Enter the name for your Progressive Web App.
    • PWA Logo: Upload a logo specifically for the PWA. The recommended dimensions are 512x512 pixels.
  • High Contrast: Toggle on and off a high contrast interface to comply with WCAG 2.0 Accessibility guidelines.
  • Points Label: Define the term used to refer to points throughout the general user navigation (e.g., "Rewards," "Credits").
  • Spend Points Label: Customize the label for the spendable points that will appear in the general user navigation (e.g., "Available Rewards," "Spendable Credits").
  • Brand Colors
    • Header Background
      • The header of the platform above the platform tabs
    • Account Information
    • Active Menus & Settings
    • Buttons & Links
    • Button & Links Hover
    • Spending Points Landing Page Banner
  • Metadata: Add branding for sub-companies.
    • Sub-Companies: This feature allows for unique branding configurations applicable to users with specific metadata. This means you can have different platform branding for various segments of your organization. Please consult with your Awardco point of contact during this process to ensure accurate setup. To create a sub-company branding instance:
  1. Click “edit”.
  2. Click “Add Branding”.
  3. Select the metadata that distinguishes the specific area of your business requiring unique branding.
  4. Enter the desired Sub-Company Name.
  5. Upload a Sub-Company logo.
  6. If your organization uses the PWA, enter the Sub-Company PWA Name and Logo.
  7. Input the primary and secondary color hex codes for the sub-company.
  8. Click “Save Changes”.
  9. To make changes to an existing sub-company's branding, click the pencil icon next to its name. To delete a sub-company branding instance, click the trash can icon.
