What the AI Recognition Assistant Does
The AI Recognition Assistant is an AI-powered tool integrated into the recognition process. It's designed to help users find the right words when recognizing someone by offering suggestions based on their past recognitions and answers to a series of questions. This helps you create personalized and engaging recognitions.
When a user is drafting a recognition message, they can access the assistant by clicking an AI icon (it might look like a lightbulb or a similar symbol) within the text box. The tool will then ask a series of questions related to the recognition they want to give. Once the user has answered the questions, the AI will generate a recognition message. The user has the option to accept the suggestion as is or edit it to further personalize it before submitting the recognition.

FAQ
- How can I make sure the AI-generated message sounds like me?
- The message generated by the AI is only a suggestion. Always review and edit the text to ensure it reflects your personal voice and tone. You have full control to change, remove, or add text before submitting.
- What if I don't like the first suggestion?
- If the initial suggestion doesn't capture what you want to say, you can simply rerun the prompt to generate a new, different version until you find one that you like.
- Where do the values for the recognition come from?
- If your specific recognition program has defined values (like company core values), the AI Assistant will pull those values to help tailor the recognition message. If the program has no defined values, it will provide an open text box for general context.
- Does the AI assistant support other languages?
- Currently, the AI assistant translates any input into English for processing and output. AI translations into different languages are planned for a future release.
- Can the AI Recognition Assistant be disabled?
- Yes. The feature can be enabled or disabled on a program-by-program basis. After accepting the global Consent and Privacy Notice, admins can use the program settings to toggle the feature on or off for individual recognition programs.
