Warning: If you already have employee data in your platform, please confirm that the Employee IDs you will be using in your new data feed are consistent with your current user data. Failure to do so can result in duplication of users, recognition errors, and loss of data integrity.

Password Recommendation: For all HRIS Sync passwords and authentication, we recommend either setting them not to expire or setting the expiration period to the longest possible duration. This will help prevent disruption in your integration and ensure a seamless data sync.

An initial manual import must be run before automatic imports can begin.
What should I do if I receive a “Needs Re-authentication” email?
Reconnect the HRIS system through the HRIS Sync settings page. A button will guide you through the process.
Why did I receive an email stating some rows didn’t import?
Check that user data is formatted correctly. The email will provide the IDs of failed rows and the specific error. Review each failed ID in your HRIS to locate and fix the issues.
What permissions does this integration require?
For the integration to work, the following permissions are required:
