Engagement Graph
The Engagement graph is a powerful tool that gives managers insight into how their direct reports are engaging with recognition programs on the Awardco platform. This graph displays the recognition status, which is determined by four weighted factors:
- Frequency - how often teammates are recognizing
- Specificity - the length and uniqueness of each recognition
- Variety - how often team members are recognizing people from various teams in your organization
- Budget use - taking into account users who have budget access, and if they are using those budgets each month
Each of the factors above are weighted to provide an engagement status. The line graph displays a level of engagement over the span of the last six months. Summaries above the graph highlight the areas in which the team or set of users is performing the best and provide suggestions on how to improve their engagement with recognition.
For this data to appear, the Engagement widget must be enabled. Follow the instructions in the Engagement Widget and Email article for guidance.
