Welcome to Awardco! It’s possible you were given the keys to Awardco and you might not have a solid idea of where to begin. In this article, we’ll explain the tools you have at your disposal to help manage your organization’s platform successfully and with ease. Awardco has great potential to positively change how your employees feel at work, and we want you, as the admin, to feel empowered to promote a culture of recognition! Admin Dashboard
Log in to your organization’s Awardco homepage and click the “Admin” button at the top right to access the Admin portal. The dashboard shows key metrics and visualizations to help you monitor platform performance. At the top, you'll see the number of active programs, followed by bar, line, and pie charts summarizing spend, reach, recognition, and redemption data. Viewing Your Programs
The top view of the dashboard gives you a preview of how many programs your organization is running. To view those individual programs, follow the click paths listed below for each program type. Reference the links to the program type’s corresponding article to find out more about how to view and edit these program settings.

Budget Management
Funding Your Account
For details on funding your Awardco programs, see the Funding Your Account article. It covers setup, invoicing timelines, methods, and billing terms. If unsure about your billing method, contact your Awardco representative.
Adding Points
In the Budgets tab in the Admin portal, you will see a button labeled Add Points in the Points Summary. Click to be taken to a form to add points on the Points Management page. Enter the points or funds you would like to add and be sure to include a note. This will be an incredible help in the future if you ever need to look back at the points added, and need to remember why they were added. Click Add Points, Confirm, and view your deposit and others that have been made in the past on the Points Management page. Make other deposits by clicking Add Points at the top of the screen.
Managing Budgets
Once points have been added to the Company account, you're ready to distribute to budgets. To keep your organization running smoothly, you will need to understand how to create, refill, and archive budgets. Our a Managing Budgets support article provides a step-by-step walkthrough that will clearly explain the budget management process.
Understanding how the money works on the platform can be tricky for first time users. If you are left with questions after reviewing these guides, schedule a walkthrough with your Awardco point of contact for an in-depth, platform specific review.
Employee Information Transfer
Keeping employee information current is key to running the Awardco platform effectively, ensuring awards reach the right people at the right time. We accept employee data in .csv format, detailed in this article and video below.
Once your user file is properly formatted, upload it securely to Awardco. For details on our three accepted file transfer methods, see this article. We recommend using the Single File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) for a smoother, automated process if you’re not already using it.
Reporting
Awardco’s reporting feature allows you to view platform data that helps you to know more about employee engagement, what you're spending, and most importantly, what actions are being celebrated in your organization. The video below explains how to access the platform reports, most common reports used, and how to apply data filters to receive the exact information you need.
