This article explains how to update an employee's email address, password, or username. Keep in mind that we highly recommend using the user file you upload to Awardco for editing and updating user information. The Awardco system prioritizes the information in that file, so any manual changes made within the platform will be overwritten if the next user file doesn't reflect those changes. - Log In to Your Account.
- On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- On the left navigation menu, select Users, then User Management.
- Your current list of active users will appear alphabetically. You can locate a user by scrolling or by searching their name.
- Click the user's Name to view their profile.
- Click within each field to make the necessary adjustments to their information.
- Once you've finished entering the new information, click Save to apply your changes. Remember to inform your employee if any login details are changed.
