Got a few personnel changes or just need to remove one person? The archive user function is straightforward and speedy. Archiving users means they won't be able to receive any more recognition or nominations, and they also won't be able to use any points they currently have. Check out the video below for a quick visual guide on archiving and restoring users.
- Log in to your platform.
- On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- From the left navigation menu, click “Users,” then “User Management."

You'll now see a list of everyone in your organization on the Users page. To find a specific employee, just type their name into the search bar at the top of the list.
- Once you've found the user you want to archive, click the three stacked dots to the right of their name and choose “Archive.”
When you click OK, the user will be moved to the Archived tab on the Users page. To see archived users, select the Archived tab, which you'll find just above the search bar. Clicking this will show you the list of all archived users. If you archived someone by mistake, go to the Archived tab, click the stacked three dots next to their name, and select “Restore.”
