Giving your employees choices is key when building a strong reward program. As an administrator, you now have the ability to offer Best Buy items for point redemption through a custom catalog. Providing a diverse selection of products significantly enhances the redemption experience for your users. This guide will walk you through the steps to create and manage a Best Buy catalog and make it accessible within your Award Network.

Offering Best Buy as a redemption option provides several advantages:
Expansive Marketplace: Empower your employees to select from a vast array of products, including appliances, TVs, computers, video games, and much more!
Unlimited Quantity: Best Buy doesn't limit the quantity of popular items. This ensures employees won't encounter situations where desired items are unavailable due to stock limitations. This is particularly beneficial during peak seasons like the holidays when demand for products can surge. Best Buy’s unlimited quantity feature means popular products remain available for redemption at any time. If an item is in stock, it will always appear on the platform, leading to a smoother user experience.
Direct Fulfillment: Users can order products directly from the curated catalog, and these items will be shipped straight to their specified addresses.
Adding Best Buy as a Redemption Option
To integrate Best Buy as a redemption choice within your Awardco platform, follow these steps:
On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
Click Marketplace, then Award Networks from the left navigation menu.
Click the Add Option tab at the top of the page.
Select Add Option.
Search for Best Buy and click Setup New.

Check the box under Enable this Option to automatically link your redemption account as the payment method for this Award Option during setup.
Note: This feature streamlines the Award Option setup process. If you have any questions, please reach out to your TCSM or CSM.
Once added, Best Buy will appear as an available Award Option.
Click on Best Buy within the Award Options tab to adjust any option settings.
Making Best Buy Available in an Award Network
After adding Best Buy as a redemption option, you need to enable it within the specific Award Network(s) where you want your users to be able to redeem points for Best Buy items. Here’s how:
On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
Click Marketplace, then Award Networks from the left navigation menu.
Click on the tile of the Award Network you wish to edit.
In the Basic Settings & Options tab, find the Award Options section.
Toggle the Best Buy award option to On to make it available for redemption within this Award Network.
Click the caret (down arrow) icon next to the Best Buy option to select the countries where this option will be active (ensure United States is selected).
Click Save to apply your changes.
You can repeat this process for each Award Network where you want to offer Best Buy as a redemption choice.
To validate the end-user experience:
Click Leave Admin at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
Click Marketplace then Spend Points.
You should now see Best Buy as a redemption option within the Award Network(s) you configured.
