After running the report, you'll see several data visualizations and graphs below. The following sections explain each one to help you understand engagement trends and recognition program usage.
Total Orders and Total Points Spent
This section displays two key data points: the total number of orders placed within the filtered time period and the total points spent on those orders.
Number of Orders
This data visualization presents redemption trends for client-fulfilled items as a line graph. The X-axis represents the time period you selected in the data filters. The Y-axis shows the number of redemptions for client-fulfilled items on the corresponding day, week, month, or year. The solid line represents the current data, and the dotted line displays data from the previous comparable time period. Hover your mouse over different points on the line to see pop-up windows with the numerical data for that point.
Summarized By Graph
This section features a pie chart that summarizes redemption data for client-fulfilled items based on different filter categories available in the drop-down menu to the right of the graph title. The initial filter applied here is "Award Item," providing insights into the most frequently redeemed client-fulfilled items.
By clicking the drop-down menu, you can select from the filters you applied earlier. For example, if you select "Catalog," the pie chart will display the distribution of orders by catalog.
Exporting Charts and Graphs
To export any chart, graph, or data visualization as a single PNG image, click the circular icon located at the top right corner of the graph.
Source Data
At the bottom of the page, you'll find the raw data that powers the visualizations above. If you export the report to a .csv or JSON file, this is the format you'll receive. Use the search bar to look for specific keywords such as employee names, catalogs, and item categories.
