Keeping track of the funds allocated within your platform doesn't have to be a challenge. The "Redemption Account" report provides a clear view of all money deposits, employee orders, and any returns into and out of your Redemption Account. This report is primarily used to understand the overall flow of funds in and out of the Redemption Account. Below, you'll find explanations of the filters you can apply to focus on specific data within the report, along with guidance on interpreting the summary information provided.
Note: This report exclusively tracks transactions within the Redemption Account and does not include any credit card transactions.

Redemption Account Overview
This section of the report will summarize three data points: Net Change, Money Deposited, and Money Spent. Redemption Account data will be displayed in these three tiles above for money deposited, and orders completed in the filtered time period. The Net Change figure reflects the difference between Money Deposited and Money Spent.
Select the arrow icon at the top right of the Money Deposited tile to be directed to the Money Deposited report. The same icon at the top right of the Money Spent icon can be selected to access the Money Spent report.
Source Data
In this section, you’ll find the raw data that the data visualization draws from above. If you were to export the report to a .csv/JSON file, this is the same format you would find. Use the search bar to search for keywords such as employee names and invoice numbers. Note: negative values in the amount column represent an item return. Funds in the Redemption Account that were spent on an item will return to the Redemption Account balance.
