Awardco's platform allows your organization to link specific point balances to particular redemption options. When this feature is active, some of your points can only be used for designated items or networks.
Ineligible points are those points that have been restricted to a different redemption option than the one you are currently viewing.
For example, your company might decide that points earned from a Service Anniversary award can only be spent on items within the Amazon redemption network. If your points have this restriction, they would then be ineligible for use with any other redemption choice, such as gift cards or the company store.
Find Your Available Points
Want to see if your points have any limitations? You can quickly find this information on the platform's homepage:
Locate Your Balance: Click on your point balance in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
View Breakdown: A pop-up window will appear, showing a detailed breakdown of your total points. The points are categorized by the redemption networks they are eligible for.
Check Award Networks: Click the arrow (caret) next to each point balance under the “Available” column to see all the specific award options within that network.
You will also find the number of points eligible for specific award options displayed on the award option page itself, usually near the search bar.
