As an Awardco admin, you have the ability to standardize the shipping address for all redemption orders within your platform. This ensures consistency and control by directing all user orders to a designated company address. This article will guide you through the steps to configure this setting.
Steps to Configure a Standard Shipping Address:
Log In to Your Account.
On the homepage, select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.

Select "Marketplace," then "Addresses" from the left navigation menu.
This section allows you to control the destination of redemption orders. You can choose to ship orders directly to the company or allow users to ship to their personal addresses. By default, users can ship orders to their preferred addresses.
To set the company address as the standard, toggle "Company" on for both "Shipping Addresses" and "Shipping Name."
To specify the company address, select "Upload CSV." Fill out the downloaded CSV file with the company name, address key (address name), and address information.
Once the CSV file is completed, upload it.

Click "Save."
After saving, all redemption orders will be shipped to the address specified in the "Shipping Addresses" settings. Users will no longer have the option to enter or edit shipping addresses during the redemption process.
