This article explains how to grant permission to another user to act as a delegate for your account. Delegates will have the same access as you, including the ability to send recognitions, approve nominations, redeem points, and perform any other actions within your account. This feature is particularly useful for administrators who need assistance with time-sensitive tasks like giving recognitions or approving nominations due to a busy schedule, vacation, or other reasons. Please exercise caution when assigning delegate permissions.
Before You Begin
The Delegates feature must be enabled at the platform level before delegates can be assigned. If you do not see the Delegates option in your account settings, ask your platform administrator to enable it:
- Navigate to Admin → Platform → Advanced Settings.
- In the Account Settings section, locate the Delegates toggle.
- Toggle Delegates to On and click Save.
Navigation to Delegates
- Log in to your account.

Click on your profile picture and select “My Profile."
- Click “Settings.”

Scroll down to the Delegates section.
- Type a user’s name under “Who can access me…”.
- Check the box next to their name(s).
- Click “Done.”
- To remove a user as a delegate, click the “x” next to their name.
