Want to see the total points awarded versus the points redeemed for each user on the platform? The Awarded vs. Redeemed report makes it easy. You can even add group filters to simplify your searching and analysis. Take a look at the article below for a full rundown.
- Log In to your account.
- Select the “Admin” button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- From the left navigation menu, click “Insights”, “Reports,” then “All Reports."
- Scroll down until you find the “Awarded vs. Redeemed” report.
- Set the date range you want the report to cover (like weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) by adjusting the Start Date and End Date filters.
- You can also focus the report on specific groups. Just click on the group(s) you're interested in. If you don't select any groups, the report will pull data for your entire organization.
- You can also choose to include Archived Users in the report. If you don't include them, the report will only show data for active users within the group(s) you selected.
- Once you've set up your report filters, click “Show” to view the results. The report will appear below.
Feel free to tweak your filters and reload the Awarded vs. Redeemed report to see different views. To download the report as a .CSV file, just press “Export.”
