Useful Reports that Answer Common Questions
With so many reports available, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Instead of trying to look at all of them, a good place to start is by asking a question. What information do you need right now? Below are some of the most common questions our admins have and the reports that can help you find the answers.

Are My Employees Using Their Points?
Admins often want to know if employees are redeeming the points they receive. This report helps you track point spend and see what your employees are buying.
- Points Redeemed : This report shows point spending over time and top redemptions, highlighting how employees use their points.
Where Did My Employees' Points/Redemptions Come From?
Sometimes you need to trace points back to their source. For example, did the points come from a specific budget, or what redemptions came from which award network? These reports can provide that context.
