Assigning owners to budgets grants designated users full control over their assigned budgets within the platform.
Assigning Budget Owners
Owners can be added when creating or editing a budget. Multiple owners are allowed per budget. For detailed steps, see the "Managing Budgets" article.
Owner Capabilities
Designated owners have the following capabilities:
- Budget Creation: Create new budgets, assign them to cost centers, and designate owners for these new budgets.
- Access Management: Manage access permissions for budgets they own.
- Fund Transfers: Transfer funds from a budget they own to any other budget on the platform.
- Budget Archiving: Archive budgets they own.
